- Shipping is 5% of the total invoice price for pipe tobacco and accessories; 3% for cigars. Orders under $250.00 are charged an additional $10.00 handling charge
- We only ship to licensed tobacco retailers and distributors that provide us with a copy for our records.
- New Customers must Pre-Pay before orders will ship for no less than 6 months from the date the account is opened until relationship has been established.
- Our minimum order units are full display boxes of pouches, sleeves of five 50 g. tins, and sleeves of three 100 g. tins.
- Regular ship time is 3 business days from date of order on all in-stock items.
- Federal taxes have been paid by Sutliff Mac Baren, State taxes are the responsibility of the account unless noted on the invoice.
- All return requests must be approved by Sutliff Management.
- All returns require a return material authorization (RMA) number.
- All returns are accepted under the following guidelines:
- Packaging/Product is in 100% sellable condition, including but not limited to:
- Packaging/Product is in original, unopened/undamaged condition
- UPC codes are all intact with no additional markings including price tags or price notes
- Pipe tobacco bags must be in original condition, no discoloration and original decals must be in original condition (no tears, scuffs, or missing labels)
- Product is still offered in current Sutliff portfolio
- Product has been purchased within the past 24 months
- Any products that have been purchased beyond 24 months will only be credited as follows:
- 50% of the purchase value will be credited beyond 24 months from date of invoice
- 25% of the purchase value will be credited beyond 36 months from date of invoice
- No credit will be offered for purchases beyond 48 months from date of invoice
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns for items other than damages or shipping errors – the customer is 100% responsible for the return shipping fees.
- All damages/shipping discrepancies must to be reported to Sutliff within 3 business days of receiving the product and must be annotated with the delivery company (UPS, ODFL, etc.).
- All returns are subject to inspection before credit to account is posted and any discrepancy will be discussed with customer.
- Sutliff does not issue checks for returned product; credit will remain on account until future purchases can be applied towards the credit.
- Customer’s account must be current with Sutliff.
- Credit for returned items cannot be applied to payments, until credit is issued by Sutliff.
- Terms and Conditions can be amended at any time for any reason without written notice.
